• Home safety and functional assessments
• Fall prevention strategies
• Home modification recommendations
• Consultation and teaching with family and caregivers of older adults
• Professional trainings for students, care providers, and community groups
• Information, sales, and referrals for assistive devices and medical equipment

We directly help older adults and their caregivers by:

• Completing an intake interview by phone
• Obtaining orders from your physician so insurance will cover the visits 
• Conducting an initial home evaluation and arranging all follow-up sessions
• Providing updates to the family, physician and care providers
• Coordinating insurance benefits

• Medigap policies
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• Private Pay

Clients need not be homebound to qualify for Medicare (Part B) coverage.

Local elder service agencies may be able to cover costs of services and/or assistive devices for qualifying senior citizens.
